From clothing, handicrafts and local music to Cape Verde, Sucupira Market is a must for anyone visiting Praia. A typical African market, full of colors and people, in Sucupira you can find almost everything. It is also a great place to practice your trading skills. Located on the farm, Sucupira market is the largest in the city and stands out not only for the joy they can convey to visitors, but also for the friendliness and helpfulness of the operators.

Stop At: Farol de D. Maria Pia D. Maria Pia Lighthouse
Lighthouse or Praia Lighthouse is a Cape Verdean lighthouse located on Ponta Temerosa, on the west side of the port entrance of Praia, the capital of Cape Verde. It is located in the parish of Nossa Senhora da Graça, about 3.5 km SSE from the city, on Santiago Island.

The Pro-Cathedral of Our Lady of Grace is a Catholic church on the east side of Alexandre Albuquerque Square, in Praia city center, on Santiago Island, Cape Verde. The church was built between 1894 and 1902. It is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Santiago de Cabo Verde, which was established in 1533.

Alexandre Albuquerque Square is the main square of the capital of Praia, Cape Verde. It is located in the southwest part of the plateau, the historic city center of Praia.

The Amílcar Cabral Museum Room, a memory space centered on the figure of the founder of Guinean and Cape Verdean nationalities and the struggle for national liberation, the museum has a thematic exhibition translated into photographs distributed on individual panels and linked to a theme such as , for example, the education, struggle, and biography of Amílcar Cabral.

Later, drive to Monte Verde Natural Park to admire a stunning vista of the entire island as well as the other Cape Verde islands.

Around 2pm you will drink a coffee and leave the north-east back to Mindelo. On the way back you pass through Madeiral, a green long valley with many local farms – seeing plantations of banana, papaya, mange, palm dates, sugar cane, etc. You will return to the port at 4:00pm
