DAY 1-2 ARRIVAL VICTORIA FALLS
Arrive at Victoria Falls airport – Zimbabwe. Your guide will meet you and transfer you to the Lodge. Check in, relax and visit Victoria Falls town to book your activities for the next day. Guide will assist you. If time permits, visit the Falls and walk the rain forest until sunset. Visit the activity booking office to book your activities for the following day. You will have time until for the next two days to do activities around Victoria falls.

DAY 3- 4 CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
Depart via border posts to Botswana. Arrive at your lodge during the afternoon. Check in, relax and do an afternoon game drive into Chobe National Park. Elephant, Hippo and many species of wildlife and birds to be seen until sunset. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. The following day depart on early morning game drive to see the Cats: Lion, Cheetah, Leopard. Return to lodge by about 0900, breakfast and relax. Visit shopping malls. Go on the afternoon boat Cruise on the Chobe River. Depart at 15h00 and return after sunset. Many animals to be seen on this cruise. Cash bar for drinks available on the boat for your own account.

DAY 5-6 MOREMI NATIONAL PARK
Fly in from Kasane airport to Maun and arrive before noon: afternoon or you can choose between game drives in open sided 4×4 vehicles or boat cruises. The game drives will take you into Moremi via 3rd bridge, to 2nd bridge and you will cross the river streams a few times. Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Giraffe, Buffalo, Wildebeest, Zebra, Impala etc. can be seen here. Enjoy snacks and drinks in the bush at sunset for great photos. Return for dinnerYou will again have the opportunity to do 2 activities into Moremi National Park. You will see lots of animals and have the opportunity to take your time for very good photos of all animals. You can also opt for a day at leisure at the camp and do only one game drive or boat cruise.

DAY 7- 8 OKAVANGO DELTA
For the next two days you will spend at Okavango Delta. Embark on Mokoro trips at boteti river. Your guide will already have an update of any exciting or special sightings in the area. You will learn about all aspects of this magical inland oasis from the tiniest of creatures, beautiful reed frogs and big 5 mammal species along the water edge. Stops will be made on many islands to enjoy your packed lunch before heading on a nature walk to discover more of this abundant ecosystem. At afternoon after returning to the lodge, you will have some time to freshen up where after you will leave on a 2-hour sunset Mokoro safari (entirely optional) or you can decide to take in the marvelous sunset overlooking the Boteti River from our deck.

DAY 09 OKAVANGO DELTA-KEETMANSHOOP
We will pick you up from your hotel and depart at 9 am. We travel through the Kalahari Desert, stopping at small towns along the way including Rehoboth, which is a town in central Namibia just north of the Tropic of Capricorn. Located 90 kilometers south of the Namibian capital Windhoek. Rehoboth is a traditional home of Baster people. Later in the afternoon we check-in the hotel in Keetmanshop and rest for the day.

DAY 10 KEETMANSHOOP-FISH RIVER CANYON
This morning we continue our journey to the Fish River Canyon, the second largest Canyon in the world. On the way just outside the town, you will have the opportunity to visit Mesosaurus Fossil Site. Here you have the opportunity of seeing the Quiver tree. Quiver trees are the world rarest flora species. Next on our agenda is the mighty Fish River Canyon. The Canyon landscape and views are amazing.This will be the ideal opportunity for memorable photos during our excursion.

DAY 11 FISH RIVER CANYON-LUDERITZ
This morning (optional) we head to the main viewpoint where we can see how impressive this canyon actually is. This is an ideal opportunity for photos and to spend some time experiencing this amazing sight, after our activities, our next destination is Lüderitz, a coastal town in south-western Namibia. It’s known for its German colonial buildings. Along the way, we pass through small towns. Depending on the day, we might spot some desert horses. We aim to arrive at our hotel during the late afternoon. Dinner will be at client’s own expense tonight.

DAY 12 LUDERITZ-AUS
Today after breakfast, you will have time to join optional excursion such as boat cruise and many others. These activities are subjected to availability and are at your own expenses. Our tour continues to Diaz Point to see birds and seals. Straight after the marine trip we drive out to Kolmanskop, a desert ghost town about 20 km out of Lüderitz. It was built in the 1920’s during the diamond rush and was abandoned when bigger and better diamonds were found further along the coast. The area is still abandoned, and the desert has encroached over the entire town, giving an eerie feeling and real meaning to the word “ghost”. Tonight, we overnight at Aus. The settlement is small but has a number of amenities including a hotel, police station, shop and garage. It is located in the Aus Mountains above the plains of the Namib Desert. The climate is usually hot and arid, but snow has been recorded in winter in 1963, and the area features the coldest winters recorded in Namibia.

DAY 13 AUS- SOSSUSVLEI
This morning after breakfast. We proceed our journey to Sossusvlei, travelling on a dusty road passing through small rural communities along the way. We will arrive at the lodge or campsite in the afternoon. This time is extremely hot, we recommend that you spend the day cooling off by the pool. Early rest is required as tomorrow you are expected to wake early in the morning

DAY 14 SOSSUSVLEI AREA
Early in the morning, we will visit the Sesriem Gate to the remarkable Sossusvlei. We start off with climbing picturesque Dune 45, experiencing beauty and vastness of the orange-colored landscape. Off- road drive to the Dead Vlei, a place of vast desert pan where dried-up, ancient acacias stand silent in the impressive, open-air gallery. If you have enough energy, you can climb one of the highest dunes on Earth, the ‚Big Daddy ‘or ‚Big Mama. After the morning excursion, we will return back to Sesriem for lunch. We will take a break for 1-2 hours. Once the heat subsides, we will take a short excursion to Sesriem Canyon. This will be our last activities for the day.

DAY 15: SOSSUSVLEI-WALVIS BAY AND SWAKOPMUND
Namibia is a country of contrasts. Today we will move from desert to sea. On our way we will cross the Tropic of Capricorn and traverse the Gaub and the Kuiseb passes, driving down to the dry river bed at the bottom of the Kuiseb Canyon before climbing up the other side and watching the spectacular desert landscape unfold before us. Having arrived at the coast, we will make a stop in Walvis Bay to enjoy the view of flamingos and other birds in the lagoons. We will take a short break for lunch. We overnight in Swakopmund. Dinner tonight is at the client’s own expense in a local restaurant.

DAY 16: SWAKOPMUND AREA
Explore the quaint town of Swakopmund. You may wish to book an optional day tour (for own account) in Swakopmund (guided tour through the Mondesa township, quad-biking, sand-boarding, a scenic flight over the Skeleton coast or a catamaran cruise in Walvis Bay). Many optional activities are on offer (for own account); visit the aquarium, various museums or the crystal gallery.

DAY 17: SWAKOPMUND, CAPE CROSS, TWYFELFONTEIN
After visiting the seals, we will turn east into the desert, towards Brandberg Damaraland, one of the most magnificent and majestic places in Namibia. In this area you can find elephants, giraffes, ostriches and a variety of antelopes! Optional activities such us, visiting the museum, Damara Culture and Petrified Forrest are on the card. These activities can be conducted the same day of arrival or the following morning before departing to Opuwo.

DAY 18: TWYFELFONTEIN-OPUWO
After breakfast, we are proceeding further to Opuwo, the capital of the Kunene Region in north-western Namibia. The town is situated about 720 km north-northwest from the capital Windhoek. Opuwo is the town where you will find the Himba People, they are a semi-nomadic, pastoral people who breed cattle and goats. Traditionally Himba women tend to perform more labour-intensive work than men do, such as carrying water to the village, building homes and milking cows. Men handle the political tasks and legal trials. Their homes are simple, cone-shaped structures of saplings, bound together with palm leaves, mud and dungs. Interestingly, in the Himba culture a sign of wealth is not the beauty or quality of a tombstone, but rather the cattle you had owned during your lifetime. We will check in our lodge/ and rest for the day.

DAY 19: OPUWO-EPUPA FALLS
After breakfast in the morning, we travel through northern Kaokoveld to the Epupa Falls for a day visit. Epupa Falls is one of the most spectacular and picturesque regions in Namibia. The landscape in this region vary but mostly mountainous. It is in this region where you find Ovahimba People the most. Kunene River is one of the perennial rivers in Namibia. This river has been and still the main water source for Himba People for years. We will visit Himba people before returning back to our lodge.

DAY 20: WINDHOEK NAMIBIA
Depart to Windhoek. Arrive by noon. check in and do a city tour during the afternoon. Visit Parlement and surrounding buildings like: Christus Kirche, War Museum, Alte Feste museum, Old German Castles on the mountain, different suburbs and markets. Dinner at Joe’s Beerhouse with your guide. There are many other restaurants which you can choose.

- Visa and Passport
all travelers need a visa for entry to Zimbabwe. Visas are issued on arrival (VoA) at the respective point of entry and vary in length depending on the need of the traveler. All travelers must obtain visas at the port of entry as currently there is not an option of obtaining a visa through the Zimbabwean Embassy. Travelers coming from South Africa will need two blank pages in their passport to adhere to immigration regulations. Travelers coming from anywhere else will require just one. Zimbabwe is quite strict on cash flow in and out of the country, as authorities hope to limit the influx of U.S. dollars into the country. It is highly recommended travelers bring sufficient cash for their trip, depart the country with no more than $1,000 and prepay all possible expenses on a credit or debit card.
- Insurance
It is a condition of booking with HT Agency Tours that you have adequate valid travel insurance. For that, we highly recommend Nomad Insurance. It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate travel insurance and ensure you have read and understood the full terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy to ensure that you are covered for all activities you intend to undertake whilst on the tour, including all optional activities. Your Insurance Policy must fully cover you for medical expenses and emergency repatriation to your home country. Please ensure your policy includes medical emergency helicopter evacuation in the event of illness or injury and covers the entire duration of your holiday. If you are trekking at altitude, please ensure that there is no upper altitude limit which may limit or exclude cover for your trip.

- Our guide will receive in-depth training on COVID-19 protocols and how to conduct our journeys in the “new normal”.
- Our guide will brief you upon arrival on the use of face masks and physical distancing during the trip, based on local government guidelines.
- Only restaurants with strict protocols that comply with local food hygiene and physical distancing requirements will be used. We will encourage outdoor dining areas where possible.
- All of our staff and third party suppliers will be continually informed of new health and safety protocols.

- Our drivers will provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer and tissues in the vehicle and encourage customers to wash their hands when getting into the vehicle.

- We will only offer hotels that have specific COVID-19 protocols in place and comply with local government guidelines.
- We will ensure that these measures include; improved room cleaning, ventilation, physical distancing, regular cleaning and disinfection of high frequency touch points in public areas, food safety, staff retraining and minimization of contact within properties
